As a modern business operating in Vietnam, Thailand and regionally, TOPTALENTASIA must be responsible for the impact we have on our clients, candidates, employees, shareholders and the community in which we operate. By operating ethically and professionally at all time we seek to only have a positive impact on our clients, candidates and shareholders.Our core value of “Work Life Balance” shows that we value the daily efforts of our employees. Knowing that they work long hours meeting the needs of our clients and candidates, a necessary balance between work and play is emphasised. While we accept that due to the nature of our industry overall, some work will be required outside of normal working hours, we stress the importance of rest and relaxation to rejuvenate ourselves for the working week ahead. Saturday and Sundays are deemed to mandatory rest days and our office is closed.
Socially we gather together regularly for dinners, lunches and quarterly parties where we recognise and reward success. This party is called The Cappies and during this we award trophies for Consulting Staff of the Quarter, Support Staff of the Quarter and The Going Gets Tough Award. In doing this, public recognition of effort serves to motivate and retain staff.
For the broader community we also have a responsibility. In Thailand we currently have a number of community programs and will be implementing such programs into Vietnam in the near future.
Many in the Thai community are not as fortunate as ourselves and though we are a small business and group of people, even small actions on our part can have a large impact on the lives of others less fortunate. As an organisation, we have decided to support educational initiatives and as such all employees are encouraged to undertake volunteer English language teaching with under-privileged schools.From time to time there are calamities that strike poorer communities in Thailand. On such instances we typically collect items of clothing and food for donation to those effected.
