TOPTALENTASIA started in Thailand in 1999 and, like any modern business, we have evolved and developed our capabilities since then. We were first known as Management Solutions International, a Californian based, IT recruitment company where our primary role was to source Asian IT professionals for employment in Silicon Valley during the tech boom.

In 2001, TMP Worldwide, then the world’s largest recruitment and advertising company, purchased Management Solutions. As TMP, we were certified to ISO 9002 for recruitment and HR Consulting, using globally accredited selection and assessment methodologies that we continue to use today to measure our performance and ensure that we deliver the highest levels of quality for our services. In 2004, TMP Worldwide Thailand was taken private in a management buyout and later rebranded as TOPTALENTASIA.

As a private company, we changed our business model and set up industry and functional specialization practices. Along with this, we introduced several new recruitment methodologies and made our fee structures more flexible so that we could tailored our approach and more effectively meet the needs of each individual assignment.

We believe that our heritage of once being part of a worldclass, multinational recruitment company, combined with our extensive years in the Thai market, helps us guarantee superior, results driven activities that balance the needs of our client with the career needs of the candidates with whom we work.

Through the success of our Thailand and Dubai operations we have strategically been able to expand our operations into Vietnam, with an office opening up in Ho Chi Minh City in July 2010.

Our offices in Dubai, Bangkok and now Ho Chi Minh City allow us to effectively conduct searches throughout Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. These regional capabilities have given us the ability to successfully source candidates for roles in Thailand, China, the Philippines, India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Europe, and Iran and now Vietnam.
