Location: Ho Chi Minh City

SALARY: Expected range US$1000 to US$1500 gross, and other benefit based on the performance, however this can be further negotiated for the ideal candidate.

Role & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing team of risk analysts
• Setting up the underwriting rules for new products
• On-going monitoring of risk performance of company portfolio
• Be responsible for ongoing changes of the company risk-related procedures in order to be 100% compliance with the regulation
• Advising and recommending changes to policy and procedure.
• Gathering data/ information, complex analysis and recommend new initiatives or amendments current operating methods
• Checking to ensure the process of Underwriting, collection procedure in the system of every release
• Maintaining and constant improvement of reporting related to Risk & Collection activities of the company
• Analyzing and understanding the development of company risk costs/provisions
• Planning the budget for Risk and collection cost
• Reviewing the accrual and actual of the cost every month and be responsible for risk input into company budget
• Giving the macro economic data for board management to see the over view of market
• Responsible for Creating Legal report to track the performance of internal and external Legal force.
• Managing all the team operation.

Skills and Experience Required

• University Degree with Economics Background is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in related role is an advantage
• Good at SQL usage
• Knowledge of statistic software: SPSS, SAS, Statsoft
• Good logical thinking
• Knowledge about math’s statistics
• Good team management and leadership
• High cooperation skills
• Work under high pressure and timing commitment
• Good at English in all skills (speaking/ writing/ listening/ reading)
• Initiative/ innovative/ flexibility, passion for growth
• Honest, open-minded, creative, result-oriented, especially hard-working.
