HR Manager

A new position as a result of expansion.  Role previously covered by Finance and Legal Director.  XAGE Consultancy currently designing and implementing full range of new HR systems and processes.  HR Manager will need to work with XAGE on implementation and then provide ongoing management of all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities

HR strategy and budget management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance

Requirements

  • Graduate in HR or Business with a strong HR component
  • Further certificates in HR
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese Labour Law
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR with 3 years as an HR Manager, preferably in a multinational organisation
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Broad scope of HR Management experience, ie.  not only C&B or Recruitment
  • Proficient IT skills (MS Office suite)
  • Coaching skills and experience preferred
  • Self disciplined and able to work independently
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Loyal and honest
  • Able to work under pressure
