ESI Business Development Manager

The ESI (Enterprise System Intergration) Business Development Manager is responsible for hunting, farming new & existing accounts, promoting Company’s solutions to accounts, proposing/quoting/closing sales, and managing client relationship as well.

Responsibilities

  • Approach potential accounts;
  • Keep maintaining relationships with current accounts as well as developing new ones via existing clients;
  • Propose, quote, and offer benefits to clients on all deals;
  • Update and make analysis on the status of the market to Manager/Head;
  • Play solution provider role to clients as their troubles/problems come;
  • Verify requirements from clients as well as consult with optional suggestions/recommendations if need;
  • Other assignments from ESI Head or superior.

Professional Requirements

  • At least 3 years SI sales experience is a must;
  • Knowledge of IT (hardware and software) is preferred;
  • The extensive SI market knowledge is needed for the position;
  • Good at English communication skills is required;
  • Business and results-oriented person is desirable;
  • Can-do attitude person is needed;
  • Good at negotiation, presentation, organization, time management, decision making, flexibility are desirable for the job.

Education/Training

  • Bachelor degree is required.
  • Master degree is a plus.
