SALARY Up to US$1500 Gross and other benefit based on the performance.

Role & Responsibilities

As an IT Manager of this organisation, you will also be required to:

• Support CTO in planning and implementation of additions, deletions, and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of company’s infrastructure and WAN.
• Oversee troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery; and provide expert support.
• Work with project teams to implement Internal Systems.
• Manage hardware and software purchases.
• Deliver IT technology presentations.
• Identify and provide information gathering standards in trend analysis, then report to company management.
• Manage team development by ensuring project tasks are in line with each innovator’s career interests.
• Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices.
• Manage day-to-day internal client interactions.
• Identify needs and evaluate business solutions for clients.
• Resolve IT problems for internal clients.
• Train innovation development to internal and external clients.
• Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Approve team members’ time and expense reports
• Review and comment on the team member status reports.
• Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Solid technical background in IT management
• Minimum of 4 years commercial experience in applying and managing open source system.
• Proven forecasting skills in technical manner
• Proven exceptional leadership & management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
