MarCom Manager (Security Systems Division)
This position will be responsible for the company’s push and pull strategy by planning and organizing market communication activities in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- Plan and organise marketing events e.g. annual customer meetings, product launches, roadshows, seminars, exhibitions, etc
- Plan and coordinate media coverage of events, where applicable
- Support the planning and execution of sales promotions/campaigns, e.g., direct mailing, advertising, POS materials, website, etc.
- Support and coordinate the creation, printing and fulfillment of local commercial literature/premiums.
- Manage distributor loyalty and promotional program.
- Design communications plans, publicity campaign, media planning, etc.
- Develop media relations with key publications/media.
- Disseminate press releases to trade publication and news media
- Coordinate placement of technical articles and advertisements.
- E- Marketing for website content management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Plan and organize corporate branding activities
- Coordinate and consolidate marketing input, e.g., market volume analysis, distribution analysis, etc.
- Coordinate the collation of project references
Requirements:
- At least 3 years work experience in a management position in Marketing/MarCom
- Proved record of Marketing & Communication in the security & safety industry is an advantage
- University degree in Marketing or Mass Communication
- Work experience in event organization, public relation and brand building
- In depth knowledge of local markets, channels and competitors.
- Well established contacts to market driving parties
- Dynamic and marketing oriented personality, self-starter, self-motivated
- Bilingual (local language and fluent in English)
- PC literate and good software skills(MS office)
