Sales Manager (CCTV)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team in Hanoi to achieve the assigned sales and margin target in northern Vietnam region
  • Strategic Business Planning and execution to grow business in Hanoi and northern VN in line with company business plan
  • Project sales action planning: identify prospect projects and complete sales cycle
  • Perform market and competitor analysis
  • Organize marketing events and activities
  • Manage Company’s CCTV product & systems product portfolio. Introduce to specifier and A&E firms
  • Report business and market situations, requirements and trends to Country Sales Manager
  • Organize sales tools for sales force (e.g. presentations, features/benefits)
  • Support market influencer (e.g. tender texts, planning support)
  • Plan and implement training courses to customers and specifiers
  • Support site commissioning and after sales

Requirement:

  • University degree in electrical, electronic engineering and IT
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in sales and marketing or similar position
  • Proven record in sales or marketing of IP CCTV, security & safety industry is preferred
  • Working experience in a multinational company is an advantage
  • Work experience in planning, installing and commissioning of CCTV analogue and IP systems
  • In depth knowledge of local markets, channels and competitors
  • Installation know-how will be beneficial
  • Well established contacts to market driving parties
  • Self-motivated individual with strong drive to succeed and good leadership skills
  • Bilingual (local language and fluent in English)
  • PC literate (MS Office)
